Terms

Steam Community Database is an independent lookup for Steam Community. It is not a Valve product, not an official Steam Community page, and not affiliated with Valve Corporation.

Sign-in

You sign in through Steam OpenID. That sign-in agrees SCDB’s default is to share everything it holds about that account. You can change that in Settings. Adding the SCDB bot is a Steam friend request. SCDB Companion uses the Steam session in your browser.

Looking people up

We look up an account when you ask, and we look up many accounts only when a batch is the right way to do it. Signing in, adding the SCDB bot, or connecting SCDB Companion starts a lookup of that account.

Subscription

Founding Plus is $4.99 a month or $49 a year after a 7-day trial. The trial starts when you ask, after you have seen your friends and complete Steam profile. Payment is on Stripe. Cancel anytime from Subscription; you keep paid access through the period you already paid. Founding annual covers the first year; renewal is the published regular price with notice. There is no lifetime lock. The public offer is on Pricing.

Use

Look up public profiles. Sign in to see more of what you already share. Erase a record you control from Settings. Do not harass people or invent identities.

Observations

SCDB reports what Steam returned when we read it. A profile can change after that. Every value carries the date it was observed. Do not treat a value as a live fact.
